This vegan “special sauce” will make your veggie burger extra flavorful. Forager Project Unsweetened Cashewmilk Yogurt replace mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes replace commercial ketchup here. This sauce tastes great on your favorite veggie burger--alongside lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato on a sesame seed bun.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard, yellow or Dijon
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and cracked black pepper
Prep
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, season with salt and pepper to taste.
