A tasty way to add some spring to your summer, this super simple vegan dill aioli is light, creamy, and flavorful. Great as a dip for your fries or drizzling over your green beans, it's also a spectacular way to dress up any sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Forager Project Cashewmilk Yogurt Unsweetened Plain
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon capers, chopped into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced, with the seeds removed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prep
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Taste and add additional seasoning (salt, pepper, dill).
