Couscous with Yogurt & Fruit Recipe

Prep

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot. Add a pinch of salt. Turn off the heat and add ⅓ cup couscous. Let sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and let cool.
  2. Layer your ingredients in a bowl or jar, starting with the couscous. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
