Prep
- First, add the rolled oats and chia seeds to a mixing bowl. Then, pour in one bottle of Forager Project’s Nuts & Cocoa Protein Shake. If desired, add the maple syrup to sweeten.
- Whisk all of the ingredients together and pour into two glass jars. Then, seal and store the jars in the fridge for at least 4 hours or, ideally, overnight.
- The next morning, add the vegan chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe dish and melt them together.
- Remove the oats from the fridge and pour a thin layer of chocolate over the oats. Place the jars into the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Depending on the thickness of your chocolate layer, the magic shell may set faster.
- Remove the jars from the freezer and use a spoon to crack the magic shell topping. Then, dig in and enjoy the oats while cold!
