- Blend all of the ingredients for the dressing in a Vitamix or high-powered blender until smooth. Spread a thick layer of creamy pink dressing on the bottom of each plate. Place romaine on top of dressing, and sprinkle with hemp seeds, freshly cracked pepper, salt and additional dressing, if desired.
