Ingredients
- ¾ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Cashewmilk Yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- ½ cup frozen banana, sliced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Garnish: walnuts, roasted
Prep
- Blend all ingredients except the walnuts at high speed until smooth.
