Oven-baked Apple Chips with Vanilla Yogurt Dip

Prep

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Wash the apples and cut thin slices about 1/8 inch thick. Remove any seeds. Next, arrange them on a baking sheet, making sure the apples are not touching. Place on the lower or middle rack of the oven for baking.
  3. Bake the apple slices for 1 hour on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Keep in mind you might need to add a bit more time to get the right crispiness. Turn off the heat and let the apples cool in the oven. This should make them extra crunchy!
  4. While the apples are baking, combine the yogurt, cinnamon, and maple syrup. When your chips are done, serve with this dip.
  5. Store the chips in an airtight container for up to one week.
