Prep

  1. Tzatziki Sauce: In a mixing bowl combine 1 cup Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt, 1/3 cup grated cucumber , 1/2 lemon, juiced, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 1/4 teaspoons dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and mix until combined.
  2. Bowl Prep: In your main bowl, add the lettuce, cucumber, olives, chickpeas, red onions, cherry tomatoes, and hummus.
  3. Lastly, add a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce over the bowl. And enjoy!
