Promotion details

Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored by Forager Project, LLC ("Forager Project").

Promotion period: The promotion takes place on November 12 - 14 at Fashion for Action Thrift Shop in Chelsea, New York City during designated event hours.

How it works:

  • $1 for every participant: Forager Project will count $1 toward its donation commitment for each unique attendee who samples Forager Project creamer during the event.

  • An additional $1 for social sharing: Forager Project will count an additional $1 toward its donation commitment for each qualifying social media post shared during the event. Qualifying posts must tag @foragerproject and be publicly visible.

Donation commitment: Forager Project guarantees a total donation of $5,000 to Housing Works, regardless of the number of participants or qualifying social media posts. The $1 sampling and social sharing contributions will count toward this commitment, up to a maximum of $5,000. Once the maximum is reached, additional samples and posts will not generate additional donations.

Participation: No purchase is necessary. Participation is limited to attendees of the designated event. Each attendee may generate one $1 sampling contribution and one additional $1 social sharing contribution toward the donation commitment.

Social media participation: Social media posts must comply with applicable platform guidelines. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

Additional terms: Forager Project reserves the right to verify qualifying participation and modify or suspend promotional activities if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent them from operating as intended. Any such changes will not affect Forager Project's guaranteed $5,000 donation to Housing Works. Forager Project will make donations directly to Housing Works. Participants will not receive individual receipts for charitable donations.
