Sponsor: The Forager Project Holiday Bake-Off (“Contest”) is sponsored by Forager Project, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 235 Montgomery St., San Francisco, CA 94110.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor or any partner brands participating in the Contest, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household members), are not eligible. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry period: Begins November 18, 2025 and ends December 10, 2025 11:59 pm ET. The winner will be announced on or about December 19, 2025.

How to enter: To enter, post a photo or video of your recipe on Instagram using #foragerprojectveganbake2025 by 12/10 11:59 pm ET, with the complete recipe in the caption. Entrants must tag @foragerproject and @zucchinikillbakery in the post and follow @foragerproject and @zucchinikillbakery. Recipe must be for sweet baked goods, use at least one Forager Project product as an ingredient, and must be vegan. Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be disqualified. Private accounts must be set to public during the Contest Period to allow entry visibility.

Winner Selection Method: Each judge will select one recipe as a finalist; the third finalist will be chosen by a vote on @foragerproject Instagram page. Selections for finalists will be based on: (1) the appeal of the recipe photo or video and (2) the appeal and completeness of the recipe. To select the winner, each judge will bake the three finalists’ recipes. The winner will be selected based on the deliciousness of the recipe, as determined by the judges. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

Prizes: The grand prize winner (1) will receive $500 cash prize, a $500 donation to the winner’s local food bank of choice, and a shipment of Forager Project products (valued at $300). The two (2) finalists will receive a special shipment of Forager Project products (valued at $300). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Notification: Potential finalists will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @foragerproject account on or about December 11, 2025.

Finalists must confirm within 24 hours and provide requested information (name, email, mailing address) to participate in the bake-off. If a finalist fails to respond within the timeframe or is found ineligible, an alternate finalist may be selected. The grand prize winner will be announced on or about December 19, 2025 on Forager Project’s official Instagram account.

Rights and releases: By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use your name, social handle, likeness, photo, recipe, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media and on foragerproject.com without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law. You affirm that your entry is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.

Release & Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and all promotional partners from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
