Prep
- Melt chocolate until it is a smooth creamy consistency and keep warm. You can use the microwave or a double boiler. If using a microwave, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until the chocolate is melted to the desired consistency.
- Slice the banana into coins, and arrange them on a plate.
- Then take two pumpkin seeds and poke the seeds into the sides of the banana coin.
- Squirt a dollop of Forager Project Kids Mango Yogurt onto each coin.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the yogurt to create the stripes of the bee, and top with two mini vegan chocolate chips for the eyes.
- Serve, and enjoy!
