This Chia Pudding is made with simple gut-friendly ingredients, including our  Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt and Cashewmilk. Quick and easy to whip up, this chia pudding is sure to become a staple in your breakfast rotation. This Matcha Chia Pudding Recipe is another great recipe where you can use both your extra Cashewmilk and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1½ cups Forager Project Cashewmilk
  • ½ cup Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Prep

  • In a blender or food processor combine Forager Project Cashewmilk, Forager Project Unsweetened Plain Cashewmilk Yogurt, maple syrup, and berries. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a container or bowl. Add the chia seeds and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes, and mix again.
  • Cover and store in the fridge overnight or for at least for 3 hours.
