We source our cashews from hand-picked small farm partners in Vietnam and the Ivory Coast, where they’re grown without added irrigation water (better for the planet) and harvested by hand (better for people).
They’re also a nutritional powerhouse: rich in protein, monounsaturated fats, and essential minerals, including copper, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and magnesium.
As important, cashews are smooth, creamy and offer a delicate texture for all of our creamery products. It’s no surprise chefs love using cashews as their preferred plant-based ingredient in dairy-free recipes.
